John Luc Manou is a personal trainer, fitness model and competitive bodybuilder from California. He competes in the NPC Classic Physique Division. In 2017, John Luc placed 7th in Classic Class C at the Fresno Classic and a year later in 2018 placed 1st as well as being the Overall Champion. Qualified for NPC Nationals, John Luc competed in Miami where he placed 11th in a stacked Class D Class.
