August Lisec is a 21 year old fitness model and men’s physique competitor from Florida. He stands 6′ tall and weighs 190 pounds when competing and 205 pounds in his off-season. He has a small 29″ waist which accentuates his V-taper. August competed in his first NPC Men’s Physique contest, at the 2014 NPC West Palm Beach Championships, placing 2nd in his class. At his second show, the 2014 Kentucky Muscle, in a large field of competitors, August not only won his height class but also the overall trophy. He went on to compete at the 2014 NPC Nationals, seeking a Pro Card, but he fell short yet placed respectfully in a large field of competitors. August will continue his quest for an IFBB Pro Card, and we have no doubt it will come. We photographed August at his first show, at Nationals, and also in the gym.
