Beau Sweigart is a 29 year old bodybuilder from Florida. Beau is 5’8″ tall and has a contest weight of 172 lbs. and off season weight of between 190-195 lbs. He has 18″ biceps, a 33.5″ waist, 44″ chest, 24″ quads and 16″ calves. Beau has competed in several bodybuilding contests, including the 2006 NPC Florida Gold Cup (3rd Place Novice and 4th Place Middleweight Open), the 2008 NPC Ancient City (3rd Place Open Middleweight), the 2010 NPC Florida State (did not place), and the 2010 NPC Atlantic Coast Classic (2nd Place Middleweight Open). We net and photographed Beau at the Atlantic Coast show held in Port Canaveral, Florida. Beau has a sports background including high school football, baseball, basketball and wrestling. In college Beau played football as a linebacker and fullback. He started training when he was 14 for football and then started to get into bodybuilding about 5-6 years ago.
