Eric Bacon is a very handsome 31 year old fitness model from Miami, Florida. He stands 6’2″ tall and weighs 210 lbs. when in competition and 235 lbs. in his off-season. He is also a firefighter and paramedic. Eric has competed in two contests, the 2011 NPC Gold Cup and the 2011 NPC Nationals held in Miami Beach in which he competed in the new Men’s Physique Class. We photographed Eric in Miami during the show. In high school, Eric played was on the Swimming and Water polo teams, and in college he played Rugby. Eric has been working out for the past 16 years consistently. He likes to use heavy bodybuilding workouts combined with power lifter fast twitch exercises.
