Fernando Valeriano is a fitness model and bodybuilder from New Mexico. He is 23 years old and stands 6’2″ tall. His contest weight is 208 pounds and his off-season weight is 225 pounds. He has a 30″ waist, 18″ biceps, 27″ thighs, 49″ chest, and 17″ calves. Competing since the age of 15, he competed at the Musclemania Universe and World Championships placing in the top 3 and Musclemania New Mexico (1st). Fernando also competes now in the NPC, including the NPC Black Gold Classic (1st Place), NPC West Texas (1st Place), 2010 NPC Southern States (Teen Heavyweight 1st and Overall), 2010 NPC Teen Nationals (7th Light Heavyweight Class), NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic (2nd Place) and NPC Nationals (11th Place). Fernando has transitioned in competitions from bodybuilding to the new Men’s Physique Division. He has played basketball and practiced martial arts, including jujitsu, capoeira, and kickboxing. He is an ISSA personal trainer with college credits in anatomy, physiology, sports science, and kinesiology.
