This New York competitive bodybuilder made quite a showing at the 2006 NPC Metroplitan Bodybuilding Championships. James took 1st Place in both the Novice and Open light heavyweight classes and Overall Novice Winner. Great for his first show. He weighed-in at 207 lbs. at a height of 5’6″. A week later, NAB photographer Steve Roberts photographed James at the NPC Long Island show, where James also won the heavyweight class and won the Overall for the show.
