Jeff is a 30 year old novice natural bodybuilder from Long Island, New York. He has competed in a few INBF competitions, including the 2007 Long Island Experience (his very first show, taking 1st in the Heavyweights) and the 2007 Amateur Worlds Championships. He weighs-in at 207 lbs. and stands 6’1″ tall. Jeff is a certified personal trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and SMART (Scientific Management Of Anatomical Responsive Training).
