Jesse Carter.is a 29 year old upcoming bodybuilder and EMT, originally from Tennessee who now lives in Florida.. He competed at the 2016 NPC Dayana Cadeau Classic, placing 5th in the Open Heavyweight Class.. We photographed Jesse on stage and then at the beach a few days later..
