Johnny Sierra, nicknamed Fuego, is 26 and was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He moved to Orlando, Florida in the year of 2000. He grew up always being the skinny cousin and friend and got tired of that label, so decided that he wanted to make some improvements to his body. The interest and inspiration came from a cousin, who at the time was heavily into weight training and bodybuilding. His cousin read every bodybuilding magazine that was out at that time and watching that cousin train really drove Johnny to do the same. So in 2002, his junior year of high school, he decided to hit the weights and he hasn’t stopped since then. He has been blessed enough to build good muscle and a good frame but never really went into detail like he did in 2010. Johnny prepped for 6 months and then competed in his first bodybuilding show, the 2011 NPC Southern States, where he placed 3rd in the Novice Middleweight Class. From there on he competed in a few more shows including the 2011 NPC Sunset Classic, Sarasota, Fl (3rd place Novice) and the 2011 NPC Citrus Cup Classic, Kissimmee, FL (4th place Men‚Äôs Open Middleweight). We met and photographed Johnny at the Citrus Cup show. Johnny stands 5’9″ tall and has a contest weight of 175 lbs. and he bulks to 215-230 lbs. in the off-season. He has a 32″ waist, 45″ chest, 16″ biceps, 23″ thighs and 16.5″ calves. He has played sports such as basketball and baseball, including playing for the Orlando Rangers (Wood Bat League). He has been involved in fitness/health training and wellness for over 9 years and is currently pursuing his ACE certification for personal training. In addition, Johnny would also like to explore opportunities in fitness modeling. We are very pleased to add Johnny Sierra to our roster of upcoming bodybuilders and fitness models at NorthAmericanBodies.com!
