Jose DeJesus is a 40 year old competitive bodybuilder from Orlando, Florida. You would never guess his age by his amazing physique. He stands 5’7″ tall and competes at a weight of 198 lbs. In the off-season, Jose bulks to 220 lbs. He has 19″ biceps (21″ in the off-season), 25.25″ quads, 17″ calves, 50″ chest and 28.5″ waist. Jose is a personal trainer who also has boxing skills. In high school, Jose was active in football, baseball and track. He has been lifting since age 13. Jose has competed in over 35 shows since 1985 when he was 15 and won the Mr. Queens contest in New York. He competed in the 1995 and 1999 NPC Nationals, and in 1998, he won the Overall at the NPC Southeast Championships. In 2002, Jose suffered a knee injury which took him out of competition for a while. He made a big comeback in 2010, winning the Overall at the NPC Lakeland and the Masters Class at the NPC Southeastern. We met and photographed Jose competing at the 2010 NPC All South Championships in St. Augustine, where he was the Light Heavyweight and Overall Champion. We look forward to seeing Jose compete again, and are happy to add Jose DeJesus to our roster of top bodybuilders and fitness models at NorthAmericanBodies.com!
