From Florida, 18 year old Micah competed in 2006 in both the Southern States (1st in the Lightweight Teen Class) and Teen National Bodybuilding Championships (4th in the Lightweight Class). In 2007, Micah plans to put on some size and compete again as a Middleweight. We look forward to seeing Micah’s progress.
