Paul Harcher is a 29 year old fitness model originally from New York and who now lives in Jacksonville, Florida. We met Paul when he competed in the new NPC Men’s Physique Division at the 2011 NPC Europa Championships in Orlando, Florida, where Paul when his height class and the Overall title. He then competed in several other shows, including the NPC Jr. USA’s (10th), NPC Jr. Nationals (6th), NPC North Americans (9th). He is hoping to earn one of the new IFBB Pro Cards being awarded in the Men’s Physique Division.
