Sam Schrader is a 19 year old upcoming bodybuilder from New Mexico. He stands 5’10” tall and weighs 186 lbs. when competing and bulks up to 220 lbs. in his off season. Sam has 17.5″ biceps, a 31″ waist, 44″ chest, 24.5″ quads and 16″ calves. He has competed in several contests already including the 2008 NPC Mid-USA (1st Place Teen Class; 1st Place Novice Lightweight Class), 2009 NPC Desert Muscle Beach (2nd Place Teen Class), 2010 NPC Teen Nationals (8th Place Light Heavyweight Class) and 2010 NPC Collegiate Nationals (5th Place Light Heavyweight Class). Sam has been training about two and a half years. He had never really followed a diet or workout plan, but always knew he wanted to get big and compete. Sam heard about a local show, and decided to enter. He hooked up with a trainer and trained for only about 7 months before stepping onto a stage for the first time. Since then Sam has trained and dieted religiously every day. In school, Sam was on the wrestling team. He is interested in fitness modeling opportunities, and has already done a couple of photoshoots. We expect to see much more of Sam in the future, and we are pleased to add Sam Schrader to our roster of upcoming bodybuilders and fitness models at NorthAmericanBodies.com!
