Tony is a 24 year athlete from Pennsylvania. He stands 5’11 tall and weighs 222 lbs. on stage, which is his competition weight. In the off season, Tony bulks up to 265 lbs. He played sports his entire life since he was seven. He played football, baseball and wrestling, but football was his sport of choice. He played all through high school where he was all-conference in his junior and senior seasons, then Tony went on to play football for Mount Union College, the ten-time Division Three National Champions. He was a letter winner for four years and a three year starter at middle linebacker. In his junior and senior seasons, Tony was all-conference and all-region. The team won the National Championship in 2005 and 2006 when he was a player, then again in 2008 while he was a coach there. A great accomplishment, Tony was a three-time National champion. As far as lifting weights, football is really where Tony fell in love with heavy weight training. After his football career was over, his trainer Mike Tremontin introduced Tony to bodybuilding. Tony did his first show in November 2008, the OCB Batlle of the Swords. He took 1st Place in the Novice Class, 1st Place in the Novice Heavyweights and then won the Overall Heavyweight Class. Since that show, Tony fell in love with bodybuilding. His trainer and he decided to take a year and get as big as he could so that he could do the NPC Mr. Pittsburgh. In 2010. Tony competed at that show at 222 lbs., his first NPC show. Tony took 1st in the Closed Heavyweight Class, 2nd Place in the Overall Novice and then 4th Place in the Open Heavyweight Division. Then the week following the Pittsburgh show, Tony competed in the Mike Francois Classic in Columbus, Ohio. He took 2nd Place in the Open Heavyweight Division, which gave Tony his National qualifier. As far as training, Tony goes as heavy and as hard as he can everyday day in and day out. His measurements vary, depending on whether he is dieting down for a show or in off season. His show measurements, at a bodyweight of 222 lbs. on stage, are 19 1/2″ arms, 30″ waist, 27 1/2″ legs, 51″ chest and 17 1/2″ calves. In the off season, at a bodyweight of 265 lbs. at his heaviest, Tony sports massive 20 1/2″ arms, 36″ waist, 29″ legs, 54″ chest and 18″ calves.
