Vincent is a 23 year old bodybuilder from Long Island. He and his twin brother Anthony entered the 2008 NPC Eastern USA Bodybuilding Championships held in New York City. Vinnie took 1st place in the Novice Lightweight Class and his brother placed 2nd. I guess Vinnie got bragging rights! NAB photographer Steve Roberts photographed Vinnie and Anthony. This was Vinnie’s first show, so he did pretty good. He has been training for 12 years. He stands 5’7″ tall and weighed in at 154 lbs. His biceps measure 16″, waist is 29″ and his chest is 42″. Vinnie works out with his brother Anthony, and he played football throughout high school.
