About
Diogo Montenegro is an athlete and fitness model who competed in competitive physique shows. He stands 5’7″ tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds. Diogo, a Brazilian IFBB Pro athlete and entrepreneur, began his bodybuilding journey at the age of 14, inspired by legends like Frank Zane and Arnold Schwarzenegger. He earned his Pro Card in 2014 and has since accumulated significant achievements, including eight IFBB Pro titles, such as the Arnold Classic Brazil 2021 and the IFBB Prestige Crystal Cup 2015. Diogo placed third at the Men’s Physique Olympia for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022). In 2024, he reached a new milestone by winning the Arnold Classic 2024 in the Men’s Physique category. In addition to competing, Diogo is the founder, CEO, and head coach of TEAMMONT, where he mentors and inspires top emerging athletes by sharing his training expertise and philosophy. We have seen and photographed Diogo several times on stage and also did a poolside photoshoot with him.
