About
Jason Lech, a chef, is in the fitness industry, including coaching, personal training, and competing in bodybuilding competitions. He has been an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach for several years. In the 2016 MaxFit Classic, he placed 2nd in Men’s Physique, in the 2022 NPC Daytona Beach Classic, he placed 2nd in 2 divisions, and in both the 2024 NPC Battle of the Bodies & 2024 NPC Daytona Beach Classic, he placed 1st in the lightweight bodybuilding division. He is currently pursuing an IFBB Pro card in Bodybuilding. His first attempt was at the 2024 NPC Nationals, when he placed 6th in the lightweight class. We photographed Jason at the 2025 NPC Ruby Classic, where he again placed 1st in lightweight bodybuilding.
