Paul DeCoster

Paul DeCoster is an athlete who has competed in several bodybuilding and fitness competitions.  In 2017, Paul competed at the NPC New York Capital Championships, placing 6th in Classic Physique B Class.  In 2018, he competed at the NPC Easterns, competing again in Classic Physique (6th) and also Men’s Physique (1st in Class E).  Paul competed in several subsequent shows, including NPC 2019 Eastern USA (1st Place in Men’s Physique Class D), and 2019 NPC East Coast Cup, before stepping onto a national stage at the 2019 NPC Nationals (12th in Men’s Physique G).  In 2022, Paul entered the NPC Eastern USA and NPC East Coast shows.
